item defected and not working properly there is issue with the electric circuits of the water container. no commands is completed at all its a junk actually

it worked fine for 2 weeks then shut off, luckily amazon refunded full refund.Also I advise not to buy this as I couldn't adjust the espresso, the taste was always sour or bitter

WE RECEIVED THE ITEMS BUT IT IS NOT WORKING CONDITION, KINDLY TAKE IT BACK AND REPLACE THE CORRECT WORKING MACHINE PLEASE URGENTLY PLEASE.

After 3 weeks of usage, it contineously leaked water, searched the net and it turned to be a common design problem. The dealer is not that knowledgeable either, no strong support. Not recommended for sure.

Upgraded to this from a previous delonghi bean to cup coffee machine. This machine gives you more control over blending the beans and coffee strength etc.....also the steaming function is very good and powerful. Good tank capacity and the machine is still compact for what it does.Takes a little bit of time to set up the blend quantity and get the coffee to come through with a nice crema to it....but it is worth it. The lavazza beans that I had been using were quite bitter in my previous delonghi.....but with this one the same coffee tastes a lot smoother and better quality overall. The grind can be adjusted from coarse to fine quite easily and the quantity delivered adjusted easily too. The smart tamping function is also good and reduces mess. Worth reading the manual fully and using some cheaper beans to get used to how it operates before using more decent beans. Overall I'm really pleased......definitely a worthwhile investment from my point of view and worth considering if you want to have a little more control over your coffee than the cheaper bean to cup machines that are available. Warms up quickly and is easy to clean too as a bonus.

So this machine is deliberately more complicated that the "one button" machines on the market, including from De'Longhi, but that's because this is an "enthusiast barista" machine. Its still pretty straight forward, however, and delivers excellent results with just a tad more effort. Also looks the business.

Easy to use, makes a great coffee, looks the nuts.Unhappy as bought at £719 & a couple of weeks later £550.Would recommend

A first class coffee machine making coffee just like the professional shops. Would recommend it to anyone.

Have had this for a couple of months and very happy with it. I'm not a Coffee expert by any means but after tweaking the settings and buying decent Coffee (Union) beans I've managed to make a decent cup.
