To be honest, I can't rate this products, because I hadn't used it in emergency purpose. But I'd like to say thank you that I'm able to buy it, and help my country. I'm sure that items will help to survive lives in Ukraine. Thank you

I am a trained EMT and bought these with the intent of buying a one way valve occlusive dressing for sucking chest wounds (which would most likely been seen from a gunshot to the chest). However, I did not realize these do not have the one way valve until I received them, and that is my fault. However, I fear that the general public will not know that sucking chest wounds must be vented and to burp the chest with these and the misuse might lead to tension pneumothorax and cause more damage! I feel that the package should either include more information on use and what could go wrong, or should not be sold to the general public. I’m sure the product is great and I am still happy to have it in my kit, however I fear that many people might misuse it, especially after reading the reviews.

I don't know how well they work because we just received the packs yesterday, and no one has a fatal chest wound yet. However, I trust veterans over standard products. I'm a veteran myself, and I know the attention to detail required to be successful in the Army (and I assume in the Marine Corps and Navy as well...Air Force? No so sure...LOL).

Needed these for my first aid bug out bag. As a veteran myself, I liked supporting and buying them from a veteran outfit.
