Pretty good fried
Low salt makes SPAM much more palatable. Fried up with eggs and grits. It was a nice change and well received with coffee and OJ.

great flavor
I very much like the spam lite.I appreciate the less salt and fat without compromising taste.Used this product to make scalloped potatoes in a recipe calling for ham,cheese ,onion.it was delicious!

Not as good as it was
I used to enjoy this spam flavor more but now even with the lite version all I get is salt. Disappointed but I guess it's not so bad to not like spam anymore...
