No complaints
Both myself and my wife love this bread knife (unusual since we tend to have different preferences for kitchen knives). It feels very natural to hold (we wear men's small and women's large sized gloves so unsure if this holds true for people with especially large or small hands). The handle is comfortable and doesn't feel slick. It is fairly light weight, not so much that it feels fragile/flimsy, but it doesn't feel like it wants to squish our bread like our old knife does.It cuts well and the offset handle makes cutting bread easier (I would not have thought it would feel so much more natural before trying this one).Despite it feeling like the color coding the company suggests for the handle colors is a scheme to convince people to buy additional knives they may not actually need, I do find it useful that it comes with a good selection of different handle colors so you can pick a color that will be easy to pick out on the knife block should you like (we went with purple and it's does make it easy to pick out this knifes handle at a quick glance). The $20 price tag is acceptable for a serrated blade that will be very difficult to sharpen so it is less painful *if* when it eventually gets too dull, it needs to be replaced. As it is, it is nicely sharp out of the box and between its design and intended use I doubt it will dull too quickly. So far we have no complaints. Would recommend this bread knife.

Best bread knife I have ever owned
This is hands-down, the best bread knife I have ever owned. Nice length, excellent balance, comfortable handle, reasonably priced. Most importantly, it provides a smooth clean cut through any type of bread with minimal pressure. Super sharp, cleans up easily. After a lifetime of dull bread knives that either squashed the bread or tore ragged clumps out, this is an absolute pleasure to use. Angle food cake? No problem. Bagels? A breeze. Italian, white, wheat, whole grain, brioche? Leaves a smooth, precise cut. After 6 months of daily use, still like new. So good I am buying another to gift to my daughter who has arthritic hands.

Very Sharp
I bought one of these knives in March . When chopping veggies, my husband I were both reaching for this knife so I bought another one. It easily slices and chops the toughest vegetables. It's not dishwasher safe, but I scrub it with a little bit of dish detergent and a brush then it's good to go. I occasionally sharpen it with a sharpener so that it stays really sharp. A good price for a great knife.

DEBONING A PORK SHOULDER WAS BREEZE
This review is for the Mercer Culinary Millennia 6" Boning Knife. At about $18 you get a lot for the price with this knife, it came very sharp out of the package and feels very sturdy with a comfortable handle. It's slightly flexible but probably not enough to be a good fish filleting knife.I will be using it exclusively to trim pork shoulders and briskets. At this price it did not come with a storage sheath, but I stored it in the plastic bubble-like package it came in and that works just fine.I used it only once so far to debone a pork butt and it made the job very easy. It easily cut through the meat and around the bone even as the butt had warmed up a bit.I am very happy with it.

Super sharp and comfortable to use
Sharp as a razor out of the box and i could reproduce that edge with just a few strokes through a basic sharpener. It's not bulky but it's comfortable for me to use even when peeling several pounds of red potatoes! Inexpensive but seems well worth it! Works better and sharper than paring knife I paid 7x more for.

Exactly what I needed
I recently started making bread … which led to the need to have a bread slicing guide … which quickly made me realize the flimsy bread knife we have wasn’t gonna cut it (haha). I am extremely happy with this feel and sturdiness if this knife. It goes through the slicing guides with ease and doesn’t ‘wobble’ making my bread slice uneven (I can steady the knife to one side or the other of the guide and it stays on course). For me, this works perfectly for what I intended to use it for!

Best bread knife
This is the best bread knife I have bought. I have bought pricey bread knifes in the past and they suck compared to this one for way less money. Plus America's Test Kitchen says this is the best bread knife ever. So far ATK has never led me astray. It's under 20 bucks get it. You will not regret it.

Great knife
Use this as much as any chef knife. Can’t beat it for the money.

Boa faca
