Great guide for the book

I received the book with wet pages all crippled up :(the content of the book is very good however.

This journel is a great journel to have. and I think it's the best journal out of all the journals Gabby has done and more worth the price you pay for it then her other journals.t's not just a book with lined paper to write down your thoughts though it does have that.It is much more.This journal is based on Gabrielle Bernstein's Judegement Detox book.The journal has the exercises that are mentioned in the Judgement Detox book.There is a section on a lot of them where you can write down you can do tapping work,places where you can answer questions regarding judgements toward you and other people,Also places to write down your thoughts after doing some prayers from the book,as well as other things as well.The journal is a great thing to have to motivate people to do the exercises in the book.And that's a big reason I will admit the biggest reason I got the journal and now have the online course,as well as a couple of copies of the book as well.Now is the time for judgement healing and I am glad I have Gabby's journal to help with that.

I was so excited that the book I love has a journal. However the pages and print were so much more blah than I was hoping for. It does fit the price point so that’s ok I guess. But it seems kind of cheaply made.Also I think for a journal, something spiral bound or more flexible would be much easier to write in. This is very stiff and does not stay open when you open it to write in it so it make writing in it difficult. It doesn’t make the process easy at all; it doesn’t make me excited to use it.I would pay a bit more for a better quality journal. Not sure if I will keep it. I love Gabby and have read all her books, and I don’t think this is aligned with the rest of her work.I love the dimensions of the journal however, so I will probably find my own blank journal of the same size that is spiral bound. Kind of disappointed, though.
