These things are great for car audio or lights, wired up led mirror caps/interior led and music. This makes it much easier

Be careful on size, type of wire
These are certainly convenient and work. Great improvement over twisting on wire nuts, that's for sure. The problem I have is with 14 gauge solid copper wire, like your typical romex used for lighting circuits and in many places outlets. 12 gauge solid copper, not a problem but I would not trust these with anything smaller gauge solid. Oddly, the smaller stranded wire of the actual light fixture, not a problem. These units just don't grab the 14 gauge solid copper wire strongly enough. I can all too easily pull the wire right back out so they don't pass the pull test. But with the right wire type/size, these are great and I really like the color coding and splice style connection as opposed to the side by side non-color coded style.
