love the knife came realy sharp outta box and has started to tarnish nicely, got the kitchen set soon after

Knife was very sharp out of the box. Blade is high carbon steel so it will develop a patina. If you prefer it not to patina then just wipe it with a little cooking oil after use.

A fine small knife. You may have to sharpen it every week or two.

Embarrassingly poor quality. Handle was loose, wood was damaged, rivets/fasteners were loose and oversized. These guys literally also sell factory seconds also, so they are sorting them... just not doing a good job. Maybe it's not worth it to support our fellow countrymen by purchasing made in USA.
