LANSH Muffin/Cupcake Pan with 12 Square Cavities and Silicone Muffin/Cupcake Holders

I like really like this pan. It's nonstick, with 12 silicone cups that come with it. It's perfect for one person to make portion sizes of almost anything you bake, I can freeze them to take out as needed. In exchange for a lower price, I was asked to do a review. So, this morning I made brownies with coconut and choc chips in them. I had too much batter for the pan, so I put 6 of the silicone baking cups on a cookie sheet and using the empty cups of the pan to put the rest of my batter. They came out perfectly. I forgot to spay several the openings for those that I didn't use the silicone cups with and they didn't stick, I did loosen them while still hot. I added 2 pics so you can see the results. Can't wait to do mini meat loaves in it. What a great buy! It came well packaged for what the item is, as well.

Arrived in timely fashion. The "cups" do not release the brownies causing brownies to break and they are difficult to lean as the sides have ripples. Gave three stars because pan works well without the cups and when sprayed with a non-stick. Not using the cups does allow for a nice brownie. Do not recommend as a plain pan or a pan withifferent cups would be a better buy.

I love this pan so much, I actually volunteer to make brownies!!!

LANSH Muffin Pan with 12 Silicone Cupcake Holders  I was so excited to receive this muffin pan in the mail last week.  It is a quality muffin pan that comes in a non stick finish as well as there are 12 square silicon cupcake holders included. Someone else seemes to have a problem with the finish but maybe it was a defect or a bad batch, because my pan seems to be fine. No peeling when I took the wrapper off and it is very heavy duty. You can make beautiful square cupcakes with ease where you do not have to worry about the mess of cleaning and scrubbing. I also think this pan would be great to make brownies- everyone gets an edge piece this way!! This LANSH muffin pan is made from top quality materials.
