I edited my review after finally getting contacted by their customer service.
Bought mine a couple years ago. It broke the 4th time I used it, a couple weeks ago. I originally gave them a 1 star due to their lack of response from their customer service. Since then, their customer service has contacted me and explained that they were overwhelmed due to the Thanksgiving holiday, apologized, and then addressed my problem and shipped me a new skinner and a couple of other items to make up for their delay. They even paid for the shipping. I'm totally satisfied now, and due to there fabulous response, I now give them a 5 star rating. The knife functions as described. Makes cleaning a deer a breeze. Would definitely recommend to friends to purchase this item.

I like it a lot it works exactly as you'd expect the only thing I don't like about it is that the blades have to be replaced but that is also a benefit because you don't have to sharpen them

Great tool for big game hunters!!!!
Just purchased the Raptorrazor before this hunting season. I have bagged some deer this season and I absolutely love this tool. Only thing is, I wish it came with a couple of replacement blades.

Worked OK then broke
The first time I used the Raptor Razor it worked well. The second time I used it the plastic handle broke and it is now unusable. I contacted Customer Service and received no reply. A bit disappointed by this product.]
