Chlorine 3” XTRABLUE tablets are effective and easy to use in floating dispensers.
Box arrived sealed. Chlorine tablets are very strong I suggest opening outside. They fit nicely in the KingSom dispenser. Designed for algae removal and maintenance. Suggest brushing walls of pool and steps to accelerate chlorinating and promote even dispensing. I can’t address chemical free aspect but even within a few hours I can see the chlorine is having a positive affect. Container does reseal but does not lock. I suggest placing in a safe place to keep away from children.

CLOREX, GREAT FOR KEEPING YOUR POOL CLEAN
Excellent for keeping your pool water clean, use with the Clorex Liquid Pool Cleaner for a no hassle summer pool season. I have saved money, time, and stress using these products. Costs more, but my time is worth money too. I only buy these two products for my pool.

This will keep algae away and make water crystal clear
This product works great for keeping your chlorine levels where they should be and helps keep your water clean and free of algae. One tablet last about 2 weeks which is good. I use a float that holds about 3 of them so I set it and forget it. My only issue with these tablets is that they can’t be used the next year. Seems like they lose their effectiveness after awhile. I had 2 tablets left over from the previous year, used it and they literally only lasted like 2 days. So I knew I had to buy more.

Crystal Clear Water!
Not only does this keep my pool blue all season long, it does not irritate the skin for my kids or guests. So many other brands feel harsh and won’t get rid of the green/cloudy color. This is by far the best chlorine on the market.

No more wasted tablets!
Clorox tablets are pricey however they are worth it and Amazon has the best price! These tablets are *individually wrapped* which I do like because in the past there’s no telling how many tablets are left on the bottom of the buckets from the others breaking off! Very smart, Clorox!

Contains Chemical that Prevents Chlorine Effectiveness
At first, I was really happy with this product. But it turns out it adds a chemical that actually stops chlorine from working. The idea was to protect chlorine from UV rays, but they seem to add so much that you end up using more and more of their product. Eventually, no matter how much chlorine I added, it didn’t work—even against algae. After testing my water at Leslie’s Pools in Phoenix, I learned the only way to get rid of it was to drain the pool ($400). After doing some research, I treated it once with Borax and now just use about a gallon of bleach a week. The pool stays clean, blue, and crystal clear. I had no idea a chemical like that even existed and feel I wasted a lot of time and money. You can find more details in YouTube videos. I just wish the product came with a warning about this issue.
