Verdict is out
This is exactly what I was looking for as a bed stool and in the exact shade, as well. It is very sturdy and I have been 100% happy with it these last 10 weeks since I bought it; However, I recently noticed that one of the corners was starting to peel in the tiniest of ways... Hmm. For this reason, I only gave it a 4/5 while I wait to see what happens.

Great for Kids
My daughter has outgrown her toddler chair, and we needed a replacement seat for her to use at the coffee table when she’s working on homework or having a snack. This little stool is the right height for an elementary-age child and fits our needs perfectly, but I don’t know that it would be comfortable for an adult. It was easy to assemble and the gray color is a darker shade that is neutral without being as harsh as black. The seams are fairly straight and the stool appears to be well made.I’ve seen a couple of people commenting/questioning about using this as a step stool for getting in and out of a tall bed, and I have safety concerns about that idea. The vinyl upholstery is fairly smooth, and I would be concerned that socks (or even bare feet) could slide on it fairly easily. Also, the legs are inset a bit from the edges, and I see the stool start to flip up quite often when my daughter sits too close to the edge. It’s only 9 inches off the ground, so it’s not a big deal when she slides off onto the floor, but I would be concerned that an older adult might be injured if they didn’t plant their foot directly in the center of the stool.For our purposes, however, it’s perfect. If you need a small stool for a child to sit on at a low table, this one is great!
