Its obviously not a product to put to high temperature but i use it for my cheese making and its working well.

This is easy to use, easy to read, accurate, and enables me to make a delicious cappuccino.

This thermometer is accurate, performs to my expectations and an overall good value for the money spent.

I use every morning to get strike temp right for making coffee. Don’t have another thermometer to compare against, but this one measures boiling filtered water accurately at sea level. (That wasn’t the case for another I bought and tested.)
