I use it for an action camera. I was worried about cheapness and sturdiness extended, but on both counts I have to saw I was pleasantly surprised.

It works well.

Very woobly head mount so camera can easily spin around when you moving. Crunchy plastic legs, was broken by falling from ~80cm.

If you're buying this for an Osmo Pocket, you MUST purchase a tripod adapter for your Osmo Pocket device as well. This tripod does NOT come with one and you won't be able to mount it otherwise. It does mount to 1/4" holes easily, so if you're using a GoPro or Osmo Action, it will work perfectly. Otherwise it's great quality, easy to use, easy to extend and I would recommend.
