Zigabob Professional Nonstick Silicone Coated Fiberglass Baking Mats - SET OF 3

I'm a cooking nut....very particular about using what works and works well - not interested in trendy or equipment with names on it....that being said - the Zigabob silicone mats were reasonably priced but i hesitated to purchase....anyway....I broke down and got this set...I've used the large mats several times and they have been great....see no reason to pay more for

These work great, well priced, but do not fit our standard baking pans. Its not the mat's fault, we just need bigger ones. I would buy these again.

I've had a set of these for about 6 months, and I love them. NOTHING burns on the bottom, and nothing sticks. Great for rolling out fondant, pie crust & cookie dough as well. Just ordered another set.

Great mats, but they don't fit the sheet trays I own.

I use these almost daily in my kitchen. I absolutely love them. I have used and abused them and they've held up perfectly.

This is a set of three great silicone and fiberglass baking mats. This are smooth to the touch on the baking side, with just a tough of "grip" on the opposite side. This helps if you want to use this item as a counter mat when rolling out doughs for cookies, as I have discovered. These are not quite the size of my standard pans, but work fine. I have made both cookies and lollipops and the mats have held up well and released well after cooling and or baking. Though the size is just slightly off, I would buy this again.
