Okay, look. The Shampoo/conditioner smells great.Kinda beachy, kinda citrusy, and definitely a minty tingle on your head. It's very nice.It is somewhat thick, too. The viscosity is almost like glue, but in a good way, if that makes sense.My hair DOES feel thicker after the shower.Wait, check that. It feels JUST A TINY BIT thicker, but it does LOOK thicker.Here's my thing, though.How in the @#%& are you supposed to use a 2-in-1??Shampoo - you apply to head, scrub for a minute and rinse off.Conditioner - you apply to head, make sure all hair is saturated, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse off.2-in-1 - What? Wash head with it. Rinse it off. Re-apply but this time leave it in for 3 to 5, then rinse it out? Use it only as shampoo, wash and rinse it? What about the softening you get from 3 to 5 with a conditioner? Use it as one OR the other. This as shampoo then different bottle of conditioner? Vice versa?HOW DO YOU DO IT???Here's what I've been doing until I get a final answer on the subject.I apply a generous amount to my hands and then use it as a shampoo and scrub my hair. I THEN leave the scrubbed, bubbly mess to sit for 3 to 5 and ACT as a conditioner. I have to wipe the suds around the hairline, so they don't get in my eyes (having said that this stuff is, like I said, pretty thick, so it WILL stay put while I wash my body).I like it a lot, and it smells terrific.The thickening effect could actually be a placebo effect but I WILL say that my girlfriend, at the time I started using this, made the UNSOLICITED comment that my hair "looks thicker today"......She's now my fiance.I hope this was helpful!

With conditioner in the bottle too, it helps to give your hair a nice shine without making it greasy.2. The scent is very pleasant, but not overpowering or natural.3. It's reasonably cheap, when you consider the fact that this is a more "premium" brand and that it's a larger bottle than the usual 250ml.Negative:1. I find the bottle shape a little annoying, and it's a shame the plastic is so difficult to recycle. Seems a bit of an oversight. Not enough to lose a star - but could do better.Overall - would recommend. I have been using every other day and hair feels great.

This stuff is great. One bottle last a long long time, definite value for your money. My hair is noticeably thicker... I do take a daily hair loss pill as well, but after adding this shampoo/conditioner to my routine my results have definitely increased. The scent is not amazing or anything, but it's certainly not bad. I'll take results over smell any day of the week.

My son has used it a few times so far. Seems ok.
