Simple and perfect!!
This food/calorie log book is fantastic!! It is so simple and perfect. It doesn't try to over-do it with too many categories or columns. It was exactly what I needed to get back on track with counting my calories. I'd been trying to use an app and was sick to death of constantly having to deal with my phone. I just carry this little book with me, write down what I eat throughout the day and tally it up in the evening. It helps me know how many calories I have left for dinner. And if you want to track more than just calories, it gives a spot for Carbs, Protein & Fat too. It also gives you a spot on each page to track your sleep and energy levels so you can see if a certain food is causing you to have low energy the next day. It's really just a fantastic little book. I highly recommend it!

Nutrition Tracker
I loved this log. I use it first thing in the AM to log weight and plan meals for the day. My suggestion is to add a column for salt intake. You should consider adding an exercise log perhaps to the opposite page. However, I would definitely order again as is!!
