What I appreciated as gruesome and sad as the accounts of militant activities are documented in this book, the author describes so very clearly why as a United States we must protect ourselves and others when called upon to defeat the efforts directed against humanity. The cruelty cloaked under the label of anyone thinking this is a religion to be cultivated is preposterous that only the most simple would believe.
