Makes sense that at this price range it's not the best glass possible
It does protect the lens, but not ideal for the p900, since I started getting blurry images when at full zoom. Only after a couple of days tweaking the settings and such did I remember I had this thing on. Took it off and fully zoomed in pictures became sharper. Makes sense that at this price range it's not the best glass possible, it does protect the lens, but on a 2000mm zoom lens, it's a bit daft to put this in front of it.
