I have always been skeptical about alternative medicine. But I fell on my shoulder while skiing which then began to stiffen and hurt. A friend recommended Penguin Fingers icy relief, so I gave it a try. It rolls on easily and within a short time the pain was substantially reduced. If I had known I wasn’t able to return it I would have bought something at Walmart. While it was on I didn’t feel much if it was working or not because of the strong smell, heavy scented stuff is too much for me, I should have payed closer attention 😔

I love the idea of a roll on because they are extremely easy to use and don’t take up much room in the medicine cabinets. This particular product I was able to keep in my purse also. As far as effectiveness goes, the roll on was great for minor pains. I used it for headaches and muscle cramping. It seemed to help in both cases. I would recommend it for every day use.

It offers some relief to overworked, inflamed muscles. The roll on is easy to use. It has a scent, but it's very mild. I'd recommend having it around as a quick option if you don't have time to properly ice (20mins. On/20mins. Off for an hour).

This stuff smells like somebody took a piece of spearmint put it in their tub water took a bath after they worked out for like an hour and put it in a bottle. Couldn't feel the mental couldn't smell the mental.

I liked the roll on style of application and the cool instant relief from the product. I would order it again and again.

This cream works ok overall but has an unpleasant scent. I can only use it at home because of this. Won’t purchase again.
