I liked this, I have had it before it smells good heats up for my back. Just hope this one holds up betterthen the other one. The seams opened up. This one seems good now.

I stopped using this a while back and it was sitting on a high shelf for quite a while (disclaimer). I started seeing weird bugs around where it was but didn't make the connection that the bugs were coming from the heat wrap. Finally realized it and there were little holes where these bugs were burrowing through the cloth. It's all natural so not entirely surprised but I wouldn't buy it again because of this. Or maybe storing it in the fridge or freezer would help?

OMG I cannot express how much I love this. Based on the reviews I was exited to get my package but was still iffy about it bc it wasn't battery operated or electric but man it feels SO GOOD and it smells SO GOOD too!!!!! Honestly at first i thought it was too overpriced but its so worth it. I was always so used to using the one use heat pads and it always came out to $10 for a pack of five and they would only last a couple of hours but i was getting tired of constantly buying them because i use more than one a day so i decided to look around for some electronic ones but stumbled upon this and i am so grateful. Specially because the disposable ones you can't control how hot it gets but you can control this exactly how you want it since you decide how long its heating and it lasts a good hour or two before you have to re heat it again.

I love this waist wrap cramp reliever. It smells wonderful and very soothing once heated. I usually only get cramps the first day of my period but this was still worth the buy. It is exactly as pictured. Really do love it.

I recently lost my heating pack which I relied on every month for my menstrual cramps. I was so sad and set out on a search for a new heating pack/bag of some sort. I was so pleased when I found Nature creations heating & cooling pack. It is honestly worth every penny. It's a very versatile heating pack which can be used around your waist for menstrual cramps, or wrapped around an arm or leg. I've only recently purchased this item, and my boyfriend has stolen it multiple times to relieve his lower back pain. I'm very pleased with this purchase, as well as the customer service I recieved. This really works! Typically 2-3 days out of the month, I would have to take around 15 Advil a day just to make it through (yes, I know how bad that is for you, I discussed with my Dr. at length!) This actually provides relief and I have been able to reduce my medication intake significantly. The only thing I wish is that it retained the heat a little longer, but small sacrifice to make for the results that it provides.

I bought this wrap last night in *desperation* while I was experiencing the worst period cramps. I paid for one-day shipping and WOW did Amazon and this seller deliver! The wrap was on my doorstep by 11am today and I've been loving it all afternoon long. I only need to microwave mine for about 1 minute and it stays hot for more than half an hour. The lavender scent is wonderful, and the combination of pressure (thanks to the adjustable velcro strap) and heat brings my cramps -- which are very severe -- down from a 9/10 to a 2/10, seriously. I'm recommending this wrap to all my friends!

I like this type of pain reliever since the heat is soothing and does help calm the pain. It's great for lower back pain since it has the velcro strap you can strap around your waste. Try not to heat it in the microwave for too long because you will end up burning the inside contents which smells bad and the smell will never go away.

I can't believe how well this works! I was having terrible stomach pain and nausea, and bought this so I wouldn't have to pop advil all the time. Not only does heat take away the stomach pain but it took away the nausea too! Incredible! smells great too! Only downside is it only lasts 2 years but that's because it's made of grains, rice and herbs. Worth the money anyway for how well it works! The abdominal strap is great too. I can get up without it falling off.
