An excellent and very affordable bean bag chair, very satisfied!
Based off some other reviews and the cheaper price of this Bean Bag chair compared to other models of the same size I was a bit skeptical when I ordered and felt I was taking a risk. I can happily say that risk was well worth it.The product arrived extremely quick, just 1 day after I ordered (with free shipping). The box is a standard square cardboard box and the bag is packed tightly within it. There is an outer plastic bag that you will unzip to remove the bean bag, then just slip it inside the microsuede cover. The instructions say to just let it expand but you can also help it along by kneading it. I dug my fingers in and helped pull the material loose from each other on all sides (do this from INSIDE the cover not outside so you don't damage it) and this helped it breathe and expand. It said give it 48 hours but within 12 mine was fully expanded, and I even laid on it a few times during that phase but it definitely reached the full 5"x5" it advertised. The inner material is very comfortable and while I've not tried opening it up to see the innards, definitely feels like the foam strips they advertise. It does require occasional fluffing but it doesn't lose it's size or comfort. The 5" version can comfortably accommodate 2 adults in close proximity (great for cuddling!) It's not particularly heavy but the overall size makes it bulky and difficult to move, it's best to roll it where you want. I've found the best way to fluff it up is to turn it on the side and push down on it and keep rolling it so the widest side it faced up and push into it until it's more ball shaped. It will conform to the position you first sit on it, and pretty much stay there until fluffed so it you don't want to be in an awkward angle the best thing to do is try to sit directly in the center for the first time. It's very soft but durable, a full sized adult can safely fall onto it without risking any injury. You can sleep on it and it's very comfortable but it doesn't offer any actual support so if you do it too much it could be bad for your back.As a final suggestion, I would advise taking a sheet and throwing it over it to use it. Microsuede feels good but gets dirty very easily so having an extra layer over top of it makes it a lot easier to keep clean than having to wrestle with removing and re-filling the cover.

After a little extra effort, my sac is huge and comfy
First of all, after a little work, it's quite an amazing and comfortable sac, and an absolute chonker. When you get it, make sure you let it expand, and to break up and knead out any chunks / clumps of foam, otherwise it'll feel "clumpy" like some people mentioned. After kneading it and waiting two days, it was very plush and I was able to use it quite well (with a pillow) to read.I decided I wanted it to have a little more support and firmness (I'm 5'6 160lbs), so I asked the manufacturer if I could purchase additional filling, but they sent me one free of charge! It was about 10 pounds extra. If you're smaller or like it really plush, the original is fine, otherwise I'd recommend more filling. After filling it up (use a wire or paperclip as a zipper puller), the result was the photo attached: a chonky, firm, supportive, yet super comfortable sac. I really appreciate the manufacturer making this product perfect for me.TLDR: knead out clumps, let it expand, ask the awesome manufacturer for more filling if you need it.

Love this vs my buddies big Joe, recommended
I have to say I wasn't sure what to expect based on mixed reviews,, but now After receiving Iam super happy I took the plunge. This thing is huge, I got the 6 footer, was looking for a 7 or 8 but settled on the fugu bean bag with memory foam. This was bought for 2 people to sit comfortably and also if I lay on it length wise I fit perfectly with my feet hanging slightly. This things is so comfy it's insane, people giving bad reviews probably did t take the time to break up all the foam inside, yes it's kinda a pain but if done you will be happy on the outcome, at least I was. It took me about 30 minutes or less, but I did like 3 10 minute intervals while I was going back and forth cooking dinner. After 3 hours mine had risen pretty hight, but I wanted it to fluff up as much as possible, and kept spinnig and fluffing it a few times. After a few more hours, I decided to to put my pillow on it and test it out, I must of lasted maybe 5 minutes before I fell asleep and slept like a dream.Fluff it up and it goes back to its shape, almost like a gigantic barrel shape, I can sit on it in many different ways I get different postures from it, pretty cool, Iam a heavy dude tooovwr 200 lbs and iam stiill 2 to 3 feet from the floor, great foam padding. You alway have the option of adding more foam if needed, think iam quite happy as is.My buddy has a big Joe his is cool and all and might be a bit larger than mine, buts more like a giant flat donut without the center missing.,It's comfy to lay on flat but I can never get it to give me any back support if I try to sit, his might need more foam. This 6foot has a great shape to be able to sit in a few different positions with slightly different back support depending on how you sit on it, this is with my bean bag bag free standing not touching walls.I csn also put it againt my wall and it feels like a low sofa with a more upright sitting position.Super happyHighly recommended

This beanbag is bigger than it looks in the photos! Very comfy but big (be aware)!
My only reason for giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beanbag is a lot bigger than I expected from the photos. The photos make it look like a one-person beanbag that would fit in my living room. But, this would fit two people and is as big or bigger than my coffee table (which is very big).I LOVE the bag itself - it's well-made and comfy. I'm just not sure if I will be able to keep it - it's hard to find a spot in my living room to put it when I'm not using it so that I can walk around my living room. This takes up a LOT of space. I wish there was one size smaller. Oh well. I'm keeping it for now to see if I can make it work. It's so comfy that I want to make it work. If not, maybe one of my friends will have more space for it. haha
