Looks like an original; not a cheap aftermarket
Fits very well, good quality to the touch (sturdy). Very easy to install. Adds a nice touch (althou this is a matter of taste).

Too big, doesn't work 4 the Macan knobs
Looks great but doesn't fit, too big for Macan's knobs. Need thicker double sided tape

Not worth it.
You would think that they come up with a smoother design. The original knobs are removable, so why not make a whole new knob. This way the cheap double stick tape just does not do a good job on a rather classy car like the Cayenne. It's cheap junk in fact. Don't buy unless you want to look like a 19 year old wannabe.
