I was shocked at first. The smell isn’t great, but it TASTE LIKE APPLE JUICE. A hint of vinegar but barely noticeable. I couldn’t stop eating these. In a few days I already noticed I haven’t been as hungry as I usually am because I am a BINGE EATER! I have weird cravings and binge eat until I don’t want it anymore. So this helps A LOT!
