Quality product plus good price equals quality. Works great in rooms with air conditioning. But when out and about in the heat, doesn’t provide much cooling. I typically use it at its highest setting which makes it very difficult to hear people talk to me. At its lowest setting it provides adequate cooling and is much easier to hear when people are talking to me. A little heavy but if you want a battery that’ll last you all day this one will do it!

I like that I can keep my home a/c running warmer and wear the neck fan as I go to different rooms or even outside (briefly, in this 3-digit heat!) The unit is larger and heavier than I would prefer, though. I also ordered a 2-pak of neck fans and they fit closer around my neck and under my ears, so I prefer them.

I like this fan I use it while at my meetings and it does not disturb others. Overall I would say it's a good buy for women who have personal summers. Minor issues, I just wish it was just a little smaller and quieter to the user while watching TV.

Although it's breeze is ok. If you are walking around outside in 100 degrees like I was. It like most fans moves air does not cool air. So if it's a hot day it blows hot air. The plastic on my neck was getting warm as I was running on the highest speed. I do use it at my desk indoors where the house has ac.

The neck fan allows me to work outside in the heat and humidity of Florida.

If you want to turn heads this device will do that. Great battery life and comfortable around your neck. Definitely takes the bite away from heat. Get one could save you from heat exhaustion.
