Love this item!! We recently dropped cable and this is perfect for picking up tons of local channels. At first the reception was not too good when installed following the product instructions so I did some research and found a few alternative set up options and now it is amazing!! I added a second identical antenna using a splitter, I also removed the part that plugs in and connected directly to the TV using a new RG6 cable from the splitter. When plugged in I was getting too much interferance (plugged in is not necessary for reception). Installed as shipped I recieved 2 channels, after the modifications I now receive about 20.

We moved to the new house 1 year ago and only paid for the internet without TV since rarely watching. Actually we locate in a valley and mountains around, after reading the reviews, I decided to try the antenna and see if it would work for us.The product comes in a flat box. I connect the cable to the TV without amplifier first but it looks no luck. Then with the amplifier, the channels are been found one by one. At last, more than 10 channels are found and among which, 6 were watchable. This result is more than my expectation, since I was told it's hard to get the signal with our location. Although I get not that many channels as the other, but this antenna does work and at least there are some channels I can go through now.

I live in a rural area, so I need something that will be able to pull in good reception. Additionally, I have trees around all of my house. I am glad to say that this fit the bill. I tried it first without the amplifier and was quite disappointed. .. until I connected the amplifier properly. Channels come in quite clearly.

THIS is the antenna to purchase if you're looking to pull in all the locally available digitally broadcasted TV signals. I skeptically installed this HDTV indoor antenna on the TV in my back bedroom (which has always had poor reception despite the 10+ various antennas that I had tried previously). There always seemed to be a problem receiving ABC and/ or CBS. Much to my surprise and delight, THIS antenna pulled in ALL the local digitally broadcast content with ultra sharp video and cleanest audio ever! My advice would be to try THIS antenna before giving up hope of "cutting the cord" successfully. It'll be the last one you try.

This antenna works! Easy to install. I just placed it in the window near the TV stand and plugged the coaxial cable into the TV. I am receiving 36 channels and they are perfectly clear. I was skeptical but purchased anyway and so glad that I did. You can't beat the price and I'm going to order another one for another TV.You have a happy camper here! It gets awesome service. I recommend the version that comes with the amplifier, it makes everything work smoother. Mine is literally hung on our window. When hung on a wall there was more interference.

I live in a rural area, so I was a bit skeptical at first. I wanted this for a spare TV that doesn't have cable access readily available. Before this antenna, the TV picked up 2 channels. Now it picks up 11, so I consider that a success. It really does work.

Not good at all .. if it drops to the floor it will break due to the thick plastic. Very poor reception. Had to move it around several times just to pick up one channel. I would not recommend this antenna.
