Alcatel1S (2021)

This was a replacement for a phone I broke. Great phone does everything you would want/need from a smart phone.

Needed a new phone for work but Co only do iPhones and I'm an android girl though and through so always buy my own handset - simple set up, very responsive screen, lots of apps that I use already installed and easy to remove the ones I don't want/add the others. the fingerprint reader is very accurate, unlike some I've had. Attractive casing, good clear screen - honestly I can't think of a single con to the list of pros. With Android 11 onboard I'm thinking of swapping it for my older Samsung and using it for my personal phone. I wish I had bought two when I saw them on offer (although the 'normal price is still a bargain)

The bluetooth aspect of this phone did not work with my car, it would not pair. Returned and paid for the tracked postage. The supplier has received this item but would appear to be reluctant in organising my refund which is now outside the agreed Amazon response time.

Came on time when ordered, the phone was to replace the same model which was not charging, this was for my dad, alls good 👍

Brought as a Christmas present as an upgrade, daughter absolutely loves it. You can't even tell it's not a brand new phone, came in its original box with everything included.

Great phone but it doesnt apper to have FM radio built in which is really annoing as I dont have much data
