I bought these cards to have on my daughter's shelf above her change table. She is 19 months old. I change the card on a Monday each week and there are 52 cards so it allows for you to have a new card each week or change them as often as you like. Each time I change her nappy I repeat the card's affirmation to her. The cards are really great quality, fairly thick and coated. The set also comes with a stand so that the card can be displayed standing up. The box that they come in is also great quality and sturdy so I can keep the other cards safe when I am not using them. Great cards, age-appropriate for kids, highly reccomend.

First, the cardstock is on the thin side which I'd expect a sturdy solid cardstock for the kid's empowering deck - It is not. The vibrancy and colour combination chosen for this deck is for little children whereas the messages on each cards are more for much older children 14 plus. They don't blend well in my opinion.

It's good, but it would have been better if it was written in first person rather than 2nd person. So when the child reads it it's says "I'm lovable" not you are loveable
