how to remover cupcake liner
I read ALL the reviews about how horrible these liners were and how people couldn't get the cupcake out. I did spray them lightly with pam as advised. I even put forks out for people to eat the "mini cakes " lol not cupcakes and some people did do that. Because they are so sturdy, they could be eaten that way. The most important detail is that people were not OPENING up the liner correctly. As shown in my picture you open it sideways. It actually opens up flat and you have a little plate. If you notice the cupcake itself is intact. I LOVED these, I loved I didn't need a cupcake pan AND you could hold the sturdy liner in your hand to scoop batter in, so NO crazy batter mess. I will use them again. I hope this helps.

Sturdy
I thought these were really sturdy, my cupcakes baked evenly, and there was no oily bleed-through even with the white and gold cups. Be aware if you're transporting them that they may not fit well in your carrier if you're using one with individual rounds vs a flat bottomed container (there's no taper). The lids, I found to be a waste of money and a test of my patience. Some worked perfectly but about 2/3 of them wouldn't latch onto the cup. Not only did they not latch, they would often drop right over the perimeter of the liners and smash my decorated cupcakes. They all came from the same package and were stacked together so I'm not sure why they were so inconsistent.

Great for mini cheesecakes!
I used this product for mini cheesecakes for a wedding. The cups were very sturdy, held up well, and looked pretty. The lids worked well too although we didn’t need them. All the cheesecakes were eaten. I would purchase and use this product again!

Not 50 in package for either cups or lids!
The only things I liked about the liners was the look and the fact that I could make a large number of cupcakes by letting them bake in the liner instead of in a muffin pan. I am however super disappointed about the fact that I got 49 liners and 48 lids. The lids are worthless as they don't attach like many of the reviews have stated. I thought maybe I could find a workaround to make them work but couldn't and those will be returned. With the liners I did grease them all with shortening like I do cake pans for a cake but they still stuck and people had to eat them with a fork. So be it but just know what you're getting when you're buying this product.

Falls off making a mess
These lids do not clip securely onto the Hippo Cupcake bases, so when you pick up the cupcake with the lid the lid falls off making a mess of the icing. I made 100 cupcakes for an event and most people struggled holding the cupcakes as the lids constantly fell off. This product needs far better engineering.
