Product was very easy to instal . Came very quick . Great product in general. Some people said hose doesn't slide back in. Not a very big problem. U just do it manuely Great great product

I had the BHQ 1006 faucet installed by an Amazon contracted installer. It looks really nice and worked beautifully for only two months. Still looks nice, but now it doesn't work properly. The faucet head sprayer works just fine, but when you press the button to try to return it to the stream, it doesn't fully do so. So at best we have a partial stream / partial spray. Obviously there is something off in the faucet head. The seller did not respond to multiple inquiries but Amazon provided me with a replacement head.Then, after three months, the faucet started to leak. A plumber came out and said that the faucet was faulty between a nut and the washer. So, I'm out 80 bucks and a plumber visit as well as the cost for the original Amazon contracted installer!

I was initially going to give it 4 stars because I liked the way it looked and worked but the instructions were insufficient. Then when the connection to the counter loosened after two or three weeks I tightened it and decided to drop the review to 3 stars. Then it started to come loose again after four days I thought 2 is about right. The loosening could probably be solved if they included a lock washer. Since they didn’t bother I will probably have to take the whole thing out and go to the plumbing supply store for the lock washer. The weight they supplied to retract the sprayer handle was very user UNFRIENDLY too and I had to use the one from the old faucet.

High quality, flawless design, and very thought out packaging. Good looking faucet at an affordable price that still feels sturdy. It also comes with two pipes to install, which is super convenient. You have to get used to the speed of your water come out. No problem there. Easy to install, works great and looks even better.

worked good. bought it a year ago and now I can't switch the water flow at the head of it. the product I received has a different head than what is on the picture. the one I received only has one grey button and its inoperable.

Good product; easily installed, works well. Only complaint is not the fault of the faucet - the sink is poor grade stainless and so the faucet is a tiny bit wobbly. Wish the retracting part of the faucet used a magnet to pull it tight. Seller handled everything well.

I purchased this faucet after looking for a new one for a!most 3 months online and in various stores. This one stands 3" taller than my old one and is far more substantial and the water pressure is phenomenal! I don't bother to shove the spray head into the neck as it stays in place without the extra effort and doesn't bother me the way it looks. It comes so far out into my large double sink that I rarely have to pull the spray head out. I really like this faucet. It's worth many more pennies than I spent on it. I just wish I'd spent 1/2 as much time researching the plumber!

Great looking faucet but nozzle was consistently loose and difficult to keep the nozzle plugged into the faucet neck. The metal tubbing inside of the faucet just broke leaking water everywhere. Very disappointing that this product only lasted little over a year.
