Bought this for my mum . Before she had an overlong one that ended up as a wrinkled pile by the tap . This one contracts in a much better fashion and the ends are both screw fittings , so cuts out those inevitable leaks you always get with the push on fittings . Handy little hose drape that sits over the tap keeps it all very tidy and storage bag too. She’s well pleased .

Disappointed in the quality of this

The hose quality is very good but as all my tools are male click fittings there are no female click fittings on the hose and to connect a piece of hose, jubilee clip & female click fitting had to be fitted.

Arrived promptly. Easy instructions so easy to fit and use straightaway it claims to be repairable unlike other flexible hoses but as it’s brand new I haven’t had to test it yet!

Spilt open after less than two months including a whole month of rain in July so hardly used.....disgusting. DONT buy

Bought this for my elderly mum to water her plant pots … great value and simple to use

The flexible hose works well, some brass fittings some plastic, it comes with two spare washers as well which are different sizes. The plastic hook holder is very lightweight but it does the job.The nozzle has several options which are very useful.The only part I would have difficulty with is changing the gun to a different one, when or if the gun breaks. The gun has a screw thread at the inlet so unless you get the replacement gun with a thread you’re stuck . You can’t attach an instantaneous male or female ‘post and socket’ without finding an adaptor.Other than that it’s great.

The rubber inside deteriates causing it to leak everywhere I bought another one to see if it does it again, but I I've looked at the rubber pipe and it has little splits meaning it's rotting poor rubber
