I am not a professional groomer and I didn't want to pay a small fortune for dog clippers, so I was attracted to the inexpensive price of this home grooming kit. The clippers do not cut unless you make several passes over and over. I ended up having to manually feed my dog's fur into the blade in tiny sections before attempting a smooth pass. Clippers are not difficult to use, however, these were. My dog has soft, fluffy, and thick (but not dense) fur and no mats. His hair is not long, but I thought that perhaps if I used the included scissors to cut off some length first, that would help. The scissors were as effective as plastic toddler scissors. The motor became hot and I was afraid I would burn him. After over an hour and a half of fighting with this product, I threw in the towel. I returned the grooming kit and purchased clippers that were comparable in price and they work great, so definitely not a "user error."

Mostly junk! Though the clipper is quiet and works OK, the brush is cheap plastic and broke instantly. The scissors are so dull, they could not even cut a few hairs! The attachments do not fit on the razor. None of the pieces snap into the case, so they get all jumbled up. Not a good purchase.

I bought this set and I absolutely hated it. It did not cut my dog's hair, it chewed it and it was more aggravating than anything else. I returned it. The brushes seemed to be nice though.

After two months and 2 haircuts this kit is completely a waste of my money. Nothing is sharp the clippers will not cut thick fur. The only thing I like is the comb. Would not recommend

Clippers broke after first use. Got half of our dog shaved then they stopped working. Had to go to local store to replace with higher quality. The brushes provided in the pack are pretty good. Don't waste your time with the clippers.

Really crappy. Clippers grab and pull hair instead of cutting. Clipper shields are junk and broke first time I tried to use them. Company never responded to my return request.

Horrible I understand the price is cheap but come on! Took me long just to cut a bit of hair I want my money back

Only complaint is hard to get things back into slots for closing case, but love the full range of combs and brush.
