Perfect fit for my new Lennox A/C
Perfect fit.Feels strong and long lasting.Attractive light gray color.Rope ties with metal eyelets secure cover completely and tightly to A/C unit.For a small extra charge, I recommend purchasing the auxiliary strap kit which will insure no cover movement during heavy winter winds.

Done to our specifications, and delivered quickly
We had hard time finding pre-made cover for our unit, and I contacted SugarHouse to see if they can make one for us. All we needed to do is to provide the model number, and they found manufacturer specification and measurements, and made the cover for us quickly. I am really impressed with reliable and fast communication and the quality of the product. Thank you!

Cannot return this and is faulty.
We sent the dimensions to the company, as well as the brand, and model number. It was still too big. Even if it fit properly, it has these eyelets to tie the cover on, but they are 4 inches apart. This is perfect if you want rodents and pests nesting in your compressor all winter long. Which would cause more damage than if you just put nothing on it. Do not buy, this is a waste of money.

Great product and great customer service
I purchased covers from SugarHouse about 13 years ago. The covers still look new. Since I had to replace an A/C unit that is a different size than the original I was in need of a new cover. It was nice to see their product on Amazon with a very reasonable shipping cost. Within an hour of submitting my order I received an email from customer service requesting the A/C model number and a picture if possible. I emailed the requested information and soon after I received a drawing of the unit with dimensions. I sent back some changes to the dimensions on the drawing. The custom cover was shipped the next day. Both the product and customer service are excellent.

Fits
Came as advertised; did have to ask for instructs to know how to complete the ties (response was excellent), not complicated; looks pro, good lines, works well against elements; way better than what was doing before (bbq cover).
