What is the difference between the practitioner strength and a regular strength

I honestly don't know how to answer that question. I believe however it is probably where the "packaging" was done. I have the practitioner strength and love the feeling it has both on my feet and hands.

Does this product contain any urea, and if so, what percentage of urea, please?

Yes it does list Urea on the ingredient list (10th) in order but does not show any percentages.

What does this cream smell like? Reviewers state strong fragrance. Please describe.

This may not be an answer you want. I am 84 years old and I have a very poor sense of smell. I do not notice any strong odor or fragrance from this product. I do find the therapeutic cream to be exceptionally pleasing to my feet when I use it. And, I do use it at least once a week.

Is this the same as miracle foot that has 60% ultra aloe. this has different packaging.

I don't see 60% Aloe in the ingredients-But it is amazing for dry chapped feet-We love it
