The exchange plate pieces are only suitable for coupling Mod 140 or for tripod heads that are equipped with it. They are screwed to the bottom of the camera and then clicked into the corresponding coupling. The round exchange piece can be inserted independent of its position. This is an interlocking 3/8" plate.
