These were ok at first- used them for about a month. And then the red X-Heavy band snapped right in the middle of a donkey kick back. It snapped my left leg so hard it left a bruise. If you plan on actually USING resistance bands- find yourself a better quality set.**update Nov 2017**After my review I was contacted and sent a new set of bands. I added 2 stars because of their excellent customer service. I have started to use the red band in the new set. Will update again if anything changes.

Not happy with these bands. As a trainer, I rely on the safety of the equipment I buy. After having these bands for less than 8 months, and using this one on average twice a week, the band snapped apart while my client was doing a bicep curl. Very disappointed with this product. I have bands I've been using for years, and this never happened.

I'm not big on writing reviews but I couldn't wait to finish my workout so I could write this one! I personally am big on reading reviews and trying to sift the most beneficial review(s) before making a final decision on a product let alone a brand. I would highly recommend this product if you're in the beginning stage of working out - even if it's been a long time since the last time you've worked out such as myself. I'm not too fond of using weights so I decided to try something different with new determination to workout. I didn't smell any weird scents with them once I opened the pack. I love that it comes with a way to watch videos to get you started on the pamphlet because I personally didn't know where to start. I also like that you can modify the bands to make sure you get enough resistance whether you use a whole different band or you double up by using 2 different ones but you still get that resistance (hopefully that makes sense).

I purchased these bands to add some variety to my home workouts and have been using them for a few weeks now. All of the bands are different colors for the different levels of resistance. They don't feel cheap or thin. The product is high quality and came with a color printed, laminated card with example exercises for upper and lower body. The company also emailed me an ebook with more exercise examples. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. Great product!
