MDA Designs FUSION Light Black Lavish Garden & Patio Gas Fire Pit with Eco-Stone Finish - Fully Assembled

Bought this for our garden as we liked the design and it appeared great value for money. On delivery it was well very well packaged, included a detailed nstruction manual and some touch up paint and cover. Appeared well designed and the piping and cabling were high quality. On testing lighted easily and the length of gas pipe was long enough to hide the required gas bottle out of sight. In operation gives off a great flame and adequate heat. Also the surround stays cool while in use so no melting shoes of burnt legs like our old iron fire pit. So really happy with it and would highly recommend.

The fire pit istself is good and gives off good heat but please beware there is on dangerous fault with the item the hose it WILL melt.In the instructions is says keep the gas bottle 60 inches away from the fire pit. So please DONOT pust the rest of the hose back under the firput as it will melt as the hose is not heat proof.A better idea would be to have the rubber hose conector on the side of the fire pit so it would stop you being able to do this. Or at least state in the instructions that the hose should be at full length 3m. I had to put this down to one star because of this dangerous fault

I ordered FUSION Light Grey Patio Gas Fire Pit and it arrived very quickly, the product quality looked ok for the price but I'd been sent a dark almost brown colour fire pit which wasn't what I'd ordered as I wanted the light grey model. I would have been happy with an exchange and tried to contact the Company through the phone and email but got no response, so had to return it via Amazon which was frustrating. So product looked ok for the price but purely from my experience a total lack of customer service.
