Thank you! great product! Fast and well packaged. To me these are safety issue for a few windows. I had to keep the houses look and this was not for my ego...purely for safety of grandchildren. A shame these items are so hard to get and so expensive or we would have purchased a lot more to use in the front or our home so things match better.

These are what we expected except for one thing. It is important to have a plastic washer between the metal and a treated wood surface. The manufacturer says it and the product installation says it. However the plastic washers did not come with this product. We ordered 10 sets and the package was damaged when we received it so they may have fallen out. We came up with plan B because we had a time constraint. Otherwise they matched the much higher priced ones at the big box stores.

These balusters helped bring my deck to code in addition gave the railing a new fresh look. I like the idea that they will not require restraining in the future.

My wife ordered these for the deck we were building. I didn't think I was going to like them but was very impressed once I got them up. Simple design and looks great. A couple of the screw heads popped when installing them but that may have been from hitting knots in the wood. It came with plenty of extra screws.

They look great feel sturdy and easy to install. I thought I would have to buy the screws but they are included. I will update this after they spend a summer in the Texas heat.

Great deal especially if you need a lot of these to complete your railing project. Price is cheaper than big box stores, quality is comparable.

Great for the price! Liked them so much I bought them twice. Would definitely recommend if you want a high class looking deck. These are the balusters to buy.
