Product is Ok, But came in a bubble wrap bag. Not much protection, the box was a little beat up but the product is OK. There is no foam protection in the box.so every delivery hit or bump was only protected by the padded bag.

I ordered this product because I liked the feature side and the reviews seem good. Waited two weeks for it to arrive and then set it up with my turntable for recording my vinyl. Big surprise, one of the channels did not work. Discussed it with the manufacturer who confirmed that the unit was faulty. I packed it up and sent it back as I no longer have confidence in the manufacturer.

Now I can finally listen to my records on my headphones. At first, I plugged my headphone directly into the amp and it doesn't work, then I figured that I need a headphone amp.... plugged my headphone amp too, it works now. overall pretty nice for the price.

Used this to connect a technics sl23 turntable to a technics receiver, could not get rid of distortion at any level.tried numerous things; ie moving unit farther from equipment, bought better cables, tried extra separate ground besides ground to receiver. nothing helped the distortion

Value for money would give 7/5 if I could! Speakers from turntable and great headphone amp
