I have tried this product in a recliner, wheel chair, car and dining room chair. The only place I can see any benefit is the hard wooden chair. It is made for small folks, one of which I am not. It is too small for me to use for any length of time. For someone under 200lbs, I think this would be a winner. The construction is good and the mesh covering prevents it from becoming hot. I wish they offered a larger size. On the up side, For the money, I think the product is great. I have passed this along to my wife and she seems to like it pretty well. The band used to secure the support in place fit everything I tried it on, including my reclining lift chair. 4 inches wider would have gotten 5 stars.

I bought this for my husband, who has been having a lot of low back pain lately. He insisted that it wouldn't help and he wouldn't use it, but he finally was desperate enough to try anything. After one day of using it at work, he said he can't imagine ever not using it again. I tried it when it first came in, and it is surprisingly supportive. I was skeptical when I opened it because it felt too soft, but it really conforms to your back to give just the right amount of support without putting pressure on the area. The strap that holds it on the back of the chair is elastic and adjustable so it should fit most chairs. I haven't had any issues with my office chair, or my back, but I'm still thinking of ordering one for myself because I just feel like I'm missing out now not having one. Lol

I purchased two types of lumbar support. One lumbar support was firm and the other was soft. I tried both lumbar supports. The firm lumbar support was not comfortable and couldn't sit too long with it. I'm am 5ft-7inches tall and weighs 130lbs. Maybe if the firm lumbar support was thinner I may find it more comfortable to use. The Lumar support by Posturex is soft and when used conform to my back. It is more comfortable and I can sit in the car for long periods of time on the road. At the time when I was looking for lumbar support, I didn't know what would work for me. That reason I purchased two different type of supports. I found the soft memory foam lumbar support work better for me.

I love this! It is memory foam, and it is rather squishy, so it does flatten when you use it for a long time, but, I would not like it if it were harder or wider. I hurt my back in April, and this is exactly what I needed. I have used it for a few weeks now, and it is holding up well. the strap is fine, but, luckily, I sew, so I can always repair it if need be.The mesh cover is great if it is hot, and the thing is very comfortable. If you need a firmer support, it is not the product for you. If you need gentler support, this is it.

This lumbar support came quick, it looks just as described. Overall it is an ok product, but I would recommend going more towards a lumbar support with a little bit more ventilation as once I sit for long periods of time my lower backs becomes very sweaty due to the lack of ventilation secondly I would of liked to lumbar support to be a bit more firm. The black color blends in well with any type of leather chair or faux leather but it also absorbs more heat.

Bought 2 and stuffed these under my recliner cover because the cushions on my ancient La-Z-Boy have almost entirely flattened, giving me some back issues. I hoped that I'd be able to strap them around the back of the recliner to make them stay in place but the straps are short and elastic. So I've had to often re-position them for optimal comfort. My only gripe, I suppose.

Well made, but not as firm as I had hoped. Still, it will do the job since I don't spend that much time in my car. This does have a adjustable strap that goes around the seat/chair back, and it seems to be sturdy.
