There’s a delay when singing it doesn’t sound good not worth $500

What a Disappointment
The machine look promising out of the box. And then the trouble started. In initial setup for WiFi network, the device dropped back to the initial screen without connecting. No, it was not my network or pw. I repeatedly checked and put the correct information in. After about 5 times, I pulled the plug, waited, then tried. WiFi connected.Then came to the part to open the Karaoke song list. It showed checking updates, paused and went back to the main screen. No settings anywhere helped. I tried to reset, but could not find that anything on screen or in documentation. Help would have been via email... or I could have called a number in Asia.Needless to say, costing around $500, this is unacceptable. Sent it back and am awaiting refund.

Will return. Already having issue. Always freezing when you turn on and not able to access songs always stopping. Will return.
