Did not work for me
This did not work for me. I have "hair" algae in my pond and it was too fine for the edges to catch and remove. No directions on packaging to indicate proper use. Maybe works on thicker algae.

Does not work for string algae
I bought this tool to use with string algae in my pond. Does not work. The edges are too smooth and it does not catch any algae. I ended up buying two dryer vent brushes to wire to the metal curves.
