Absolutely useless
All I can say is what a waste of £20! Does not attach to the hosing I already have despite it being the correct attachment etc. I’ve duct taped it together in desperation but I can’t see it lasting long. This tubing also gets boiling hot after only being in a few minutes. Very disappointed.

Excellent quality.
I needed a replacement hose for my ancient portable ac unit (the old one was disintegrating). Having tried a cheap pvc replacement (tumble dryer type) last year which didn’t do the job satisfactorily- this new hose is excellent. It is rigid and self supporting and does not get hot so all the heat goes out of the window instead of back into the room. It is definitely worth paying the extra for a quality product.

We received this - on the packing was right size in the bag pipe was size down not happy at all
