NOTE: Upon installation, a warning may appear to inform you that the cartridge is damaged or not recognized, this is caused by a communication error between the cartridge and the printer. If this occurred, please follow these steps to remedy the issue: 1). Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. 2). Remove the cartridges from your printer and gently clean the copper plate and let it dry.3). When the chip is completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer.After these procedures, if you still have any problem, please contact our Customer Service. Warm Prompt: 1. Please confirm your Printer Model before placing an order. 2. If the printer does not work after installing the cartridge, clean the chip contacts of the cartridge with a rubber eraser or cotton swab. Take care of not touching the ink nozzles on the bottom of the cartridge. 3.Please don’t upgrade or update your printer if the printer prompt you to ,because if you did it ,the printer may stop the cartridges from working sometimes. 4.Please don’t open the Cartridges Protection Function if you printer suggest you to ,if you open the function ,the cartridges will can’t use when you install them the second time or you change the printer . 5. Not what I thought I was getting
On 2/7/2017 I ordered 4 ink refills, 3 black 1 color. I received the item on 2/9/17 and installed the first cartridge. Today, 2/12/2017, I installed the third black cartridge. The first 2 wouldn't even print the entire page. There was enough printed info that I could use them, but could not make copies for my customers. Now cartridge #3, seems to be ok. The problem was not the amount of ink(they were full) but defective cartridges. Needless to say, I will never order another product from your company. I am extremely unhappy with this product. So much for saving money, now I have to order more ink, but to be sure, from another company.

Did not print much for an XL cartridge. Otherwise, it was quality ink.

Don't bother
Purchased other remanufactured ink cartridges in the past. Purchased this brand for the first time for my restaurant delivery printer. Installing was a snap but printer didn't recognize the ink cartridges. Very upset. Will update review if Ciajie responds with a solution
