ABOVE-GROUND POOL 40 SQ. FT. SUNHEATER™ SOLAR POOL HEATING SYSTEM

This heater started ripping after a month of use. It ripped along the seams between the channels, kind of separating the channels (shredding) I didn't know if it would still hold and heat the water in this condition. So,I contacted the company that manufactures it and told them about the problem. They were rude, told me to cut a big chunck out of the heater mat (which would most certainly destroy the heater mat) and there was no guarentee that they would stand behind their warentee.They REQUIRED customers to destroy the merchandise with no guarentee that they would replace/refund for the item.The heating mat was probably still functional but falling apart. All I wanted was a replacement mat and with no guarentee of a replacemant I didn't want to cut up my heater mat. That would have left me with NOTHING if they chose not to honor the warentee.Not a good way to do businss. Will not buy their products in the future.

This product works amazingly well!! Had pool up to 93 before having to turn it off . 12'X20' 48" deep. If any complaint It did not have the adapter I needed but easily remedied with a trip to the hardware store. Works better than I expected!!
