Atom Poison Hybrid Roller Skate Wheels

These indoor/outdoor hybrid wheels are great! I love the fact that they've got ridges, almost like a little tread around the wheel - super grippy outside! I have yet to try them indoors, but I suspect I'll love them there, too. Very smooth ride.

I was looking for a slimmer and better wheel to use for roller derby practice and came across these. I'm currently roller derby "fresh meat" and saw all the great reviews these wheels got when used on polished concrete. For me, they were hit and miss depending on what i was trying to do. I found them to be grippy while working on transitions but not great for executing my stops. I haven't had a chance to try them outside but I bet they'd do good. They slid over bits of dust on my floor while trying them in the house that my harder wheels tripped over.

The description of this product clearly states that this is an 8 pack. There is also a review which confirms that it is an 8 pack. I only received a 4 pack of wheels. So now I have to order another 4. The vendor needs to update the product information

Bought these for my wife since she is in roller derby. So far she is liking them and has been preforming better. We will update as time goes on.

Probably would have loved these guys but I only got half my order and they could not fulfill the remainder. No use for only four wheels so I returned. :(

Hello, I would like to first say that your wheels are amazing. I'm currently using a set of the classic Poison wheels circa 2008. A brief history behind these wheels...My wife, derby name RIOT, first purchased these wheels in 2008, that same year she beat the men's national speed record on quads by 3 seconds. In 2010, using the same wheels, her team the Mobstars, which she was the main point scorer for, remained undefeated from 2010 to 2013 in Southside Roller Derby (SSRD), including winning her team three championships.
