This will be a great book for the beginner and will be useful for the more advanced student (like me) to revisit the basics. It covers the key aspects of painting with a lot of very pratical advices (things you can put to work right away) in a friendly way. I learned a lot from this one, very inspiring, highly recomended!

This is a great book! Simple, easy to understand - fantastic insights from an experienced and talented artist. I did the sketching exercises and was amazed with the results, and I am not a beginner. Highly recommended if you want to learn how to loosen up and be productive!!
