The drawstring could be improved. For kale, the bags are a bit small.

These bags kept the squirrels off my blackberries for the entire season. I have tried everything from sprinkling cinnamon to shiny pinwheels to keep them off my fruit plants and NOTHING has worked until these bags. I had more produce than I have ever had and only one fell prey to the squirrels. Just put one on when the fruit starts to ripen and leave them there until harvest time. They have stayed on through some pretty intense rainstorms and wind gusts, so they get an A in my book.

I have 3 guava trees, 2 are red guavas and 1 white guava. The red ones even when ripe never have worms inside of them when i cut them open but the white ones are a completely different story. Even when not yet ripe, and i cut them open they are filled with worms inside but these bags help with that problem. I placed the bags as soon as the guava was the size of a marble. Last time every single white guava i grabbed had worms in them but after using these bags I've been able to enjoy my white guavas again! Some of the negative reviews here are based mostly on animal attacks but honestly i can't see these bags providing that much protection against those animal such as squirrels but they definitely helped against these pesky fruit flies and their disgusting worms.

Bought these to ward off small bugs from my peppers and tomatoes.. so far they r doing the job nicely.
