I've been using these for 3 weeks now. My 'mood' is still pretty much the same, nothing has changed on that front. However, upon taking them at the start, they made me sleepy, and I was asleep earlier than normal (8pm usually instead of 11/midnight). When I wake up, I am not groggy, or tired or want to sleep more, when I wake up, I am wide awake.I did notice though, that they put you immediately into a deep sleep. I went to bed once at 9pm, and I was woken up at 11pm. I don't think I saw past 9:10pm when I went to sleep, however at 11pm, I thought I had slept all night, and got up thinking it was morning. I couldn't believe I slept just 2 hours and yet, I was fine upon waking up. I managed to get back to sleep, and felt fine again when waking up.Sleep is much better. Mood, hmm...

Product is great and I noticed an impact on my sleep positively.

This is just what I needed. Since taking this my mood improved and I find I'm less anxious in my day-to-day life. Sometimes it can make me feel a bit drowsy, but it's not enough to be a problem.
