I take many supplements, so I cannot rate each independently. I like my easy-to-swallow, little red, soft pills.

I love Designs for Health brand for quality supplements that are free from additives and other junk. They do such a great job with making sure vitamins are provided with optimal absorbency as well. This vitamin D is paired with Vit. K to regulate the calcium that's provided by the Vit. D and makes sure it goes to the right places (bones, not soft tissue). It's incredibly convenient to not have to take multiple supplements and that this capsule is SUPER easy to swallow. 10/10 company, 10/10 product!

These Vitamin D3 & K capsules by Designs for Health are good, no doubt, but they are too expensive. You can get virtually the same thing with Now brand for almost half the cost and twice as many capsules. They are just as good and dosed about the same. I guess you're paying for the glass bottle with this Designs for Health. Supposedly this has highly bioavailable as well.

With all of us being under quarantine with COVID going around, we are not out in the natural light as much as we have been. We all need Vitamin D and this pill gives you that plus Vitamin K. Easy to swallow so there is no reason anyone should be short on the needed amount of Vitamin D we all need. I don't find any taste as I just swallow the pill and don't bite into it.

My son is using this to 2K vitamin D3 per day. He was able to taper down from the 10K and the 5K dose because he has his D at a good level now. Our doctor recommends Designs for Health brand I have been using various supplements by them for the last 10 years since this doctor begin recommending this brand to us, I trust this supplement maker.

These Vit D capsules are easy to swallow, tasteless and seem to do the trick.
