This is the first time we are attempting a jigsaw puzzle, after debating going for 1000 or 2000 piece ones, we decided to start with a 500 piece one and this Frank Underwater World, 500 piece one did the trick. It's a great one for adults wanting to get into it. Might not be suitable for small kids, maybe older kids would enjoy the challenge. The colours on the pieces are not true to the image on the product cover and that cause a bit of confusion, especially with the abundance of multiple shades of blue. However, as you get the hang of it, it gets to be more fun. Frank puzzles made in India (as this one is) are significantly cheaper than comparable Ravensburger or Buffalo Games puzzles and while that shows a bit in the quality of the pieces and how sturdy they are, this is good value for its price. The Underwater World has a lot of different colours and that makes it easier for beginners. Definitely heartily recommend it as a starter for adults or a transition to more pieces for older kids.

A fantastic buy for me. Just the right amount of challenge given the color gradients, choice of artwork, enough color changes through the puzzle to keep it fun for my 9-year old son and me.Most manufacturers don't provide a reference image and on top of it they put their logos on the box hiding a corner of reference image. I'm attached the photo of what's hidden if it helps someone to refer to it while making this puzzle. I've also attached a few photos to show the color sharpness and gradient, and the overall print quality.The pieces lock quite well (nothing better at this price-point.) When I broke the pieces away, it wasn't easy. I could easily lift the puzzle without breaking it much, which is not always possible for all puzzles.I bought it for Rs. 400 in Oct 2016.

The puzzle is very pretty and satisfying to complete but the quality is not great.I have a puzzle that was marketed by Frank years ago and it was really good quality so I bought this without hesitation. Just go for it. This is the first time we tried a 500 pieces puzzle. It took us (me and my kid - he did the most of it) about 8 hrs to complete this. It is challenging but fun too. There are times when you feel like giving up and you think of excuses like there are missing pieces, but must carry on. The feeling you get after completing the puzzle is just amazing. The only feedback is the sturdiness of the pieces.

Each and every piece is unique and fits perfectly. Very well cut and polished. Even after the whole. Puzzle is done, you can move the whole sheet in once without shattering the pieces. Picture quality is good. I would say a real good go for the product. Colours are Challenging to arrange which makes it more fun.
